WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
You can receive the parcel at the address you have indicated (e.g. home address, work address) and at a parcel machine or collection point of your choice.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can check at any time what stage your order is at by going to “Your account” then “Orders”. In addition, you will receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail followed by an e-mail with a link to the dispatch tracking page and you will be informed by the courier company about the next steps in the delivery of your order via SMS.
IN WHAT TIMEFRAME WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Dispatch of ordered products is carried out within 72h of the customer’s payment being credited. Shipping delivery time depends on the type of shipping selected. If you have chosen shipping within Poland by DPD or InPost courier, the delivery time is 1-2 working days. Delivery times outside Poland vary according to the country of the ordering party.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
Shipping of ordered products in the BLU e-shop is free of charge for orders over PLN 200 – within Poland. For orders equal to or less than PLN 199, the shipping costs are paid by the customer according to the list below – within Poland:
DPD courier – 16.99 PLN
InPost courier – 12.99 PLN
Parcel Post – PLN 9.99
